The Custodian is the primary caretaker of Faith United Methodist Church’s main facility in Fox Chapel (261 W. Chapel Ridge Rd, 15238). Tasks include: Routine cleaning (bathrooms, garbage, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting); Minor repairs (changing light bulbs, furnace filters, etc.); Set up and tear down for worship and special events including moving chairs and tables; Unlocking and locking the buildings for special occasions; Keeping track of supplies needed for cleaning and maintenance. Must provide own transportation. Act 33/34 clearances & federal background check required. 15-20 hours per week. Work days and times to be agreed on. Scheduling flexibility required.
