Holy Week Worship Schedule
Thu 4/9, 6:00pm: Maundy Thursday Service
For Maundy Thursday, a recorded service will be posted at 6:00pm on Facebook and Youtube to view. The service will include an optional time for you to pause the video and take action either alone or with the persons you may be viewing with. Those options include: 1) Sharing a Love Feast with your family by sharing a meal while watching the service. 2) Washing one another’s feet/hands. 3) Private time for journaling, reflection, and writing in the comment section with guided questions. World Day of Prayer
MARCH 3rd is World Day of Prayer. “Am I Being Fair to You”
Plan to join with others from the Fox Chapel area in the sanctuary of Fox Chapel Presbyterian Church at 11am for the World Day of Prayer service led by the woman of the Christian Churches in the Fox Chapel Community. This year the service has been written by the women of the Philippines. Our speaker from the Filipinos-American Association of Pittsburgh will offer interesting insights into daily life in the Philippines. Following the service a light lunch will be served in the atrium. CHILI DINNER to Benefit Belle Voci of Pittsburgh on Saturday, February 25th at Faith United Methodist Church. Warm up with a bowl of chili prepared by chef John Cuda and listen to the beautiful voices of Belle Voci of Pittsburgh at this fundraiser to benefit the woman’s choir. This year there will be two seating’s at 4:45—5:45pm and 6:15-7:15pm. Belle Voci will perform between the two seating’s beginning at 5:50pm.
